We have introduced dynamic patient pathways to improve patient flow and experience that has resulted in the vast improvement of the department’s performance. To apply for the Band 5 position, you will have at least 6 months acute experience at Band 5, with evidence of continuing professional development. You will have to demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of current issues in the Emergency care within the NHS.
