Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Senior Project Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. Duties: Lead the engineering delivery of programme content. Managing communications with stakeholders, assisting performance through liaising with functional attribute leaders by leading Stakeholder Alignment session. Lead and coach team members to success. Apply Agile working practices. Essential Skills Required: Programme Management for Engineering Content. Data Analysis Skills (using Excel, Jira, Smartsheet). Good communication and presentation skills. Experience and Qualifications Required: Experience of delivering engineering content. Engineering Programme Management. Agile working practices. Methodical detailed approach to work context. Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base. MS Office and Jira/Confluence competencies. Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience. Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches. Desirable Experience and Qualifications: Experience with propulsion or electrical commodities. Experience in automotive industry. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science. Experience in 3Dx. Ability to manage risks and issues. Experience of supplier management. Degree/APM PMQ/Agile qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
