Location: London
Contract: Immediate start, 6 months (potential extension)
Hybrid: 3 days in office (flexible)
Hays are partnering exclusively with a global employee wellbeing and experience organisation, who are scaling up rapidly to meet growing demand. Due to this successful growth, they are seeking an internal recruiter to join their London team on a 6-month contract.
What you’ll do:
1. MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
2. Lead end-to-end recruitment for two key areas:
Member Support roles (Counsellors, Nurses, etc.) and Go-to-market roles (Sales, Account Management, Marketing)
3. Lead on the end-to-end recruitment: Initial screening for cultural fit, building and managing talent pool, delivering highly qualified candidates to hiring managers
Support onboarding and ensure a great candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
4. Ideal candidate has experience in either recruiting for sales and accounts/public healthcare
5. Experienced recruiter with proven ability to manage multiple functions and high-volume hiring.
6. Strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
7. Immediately available and ready to hit the ground running.
