The Opportunity
Join the Business Transformation team at a leading UK banking client to drive strategic change, process improvement, and technology enablement. 12-month FTC working on high-impact transformation initiatives across lending, savings, and commercial finance operations.
What You'll Do
* Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
* Bridge business needs and technical solutions across stakeholder groups
* Support UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end project delivery
* Liaise between business users, architects, developers, and third-party suppliers
* Apply data analysis techniques to support business scenarios and reporting
* Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify dependencies and share best practices
* Manage vendor relationships and drive quality analysis deliverables
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Proven business analysis experience in system implementations or transformation programmes
* Strong analytical skills and requirements documentation expertise
* Experience working with third-party suppliers
* Excellent communication - can translate complex information into clear, simple narratives
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to fixed deadlines
* Stakeholder management skills with ability to build credibility quickly
* Banking, or Financial Services background and Lending is highly desirable
* Knowledge of industry-standard change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
