The Role As a Project Worker, you will be instrumental in supporting and delivering community-based projects that enhance the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable individuals. You will work closely with tenants, service users, and partner agencies to ensure services are delivered effectively and with compassion. Key Responsibilities Engage with service users to identify their needs and provide tailored support. Deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. Collaborate with health, social care, and housing professionals to coordinate care and support plans. Maintain accurate and timely records of activities and progress in line with organisational policies. Support the development and delivery of community-based projects and initiatives. Promote service user involvement and encourage participation in community activities. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety regulations. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision regularly to maintain professional development. Qualifications & Experience Experience working within the Public Sector, Health, Nursing or Social Care environments is highly desirable. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification, preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of safeguarding policies and confidentiality issues. Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting. Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
