IT Contract Manager
Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm) with 30min lunch.
Salary range:£22.65
Contract: Temporary
About the Role:
We are recruiting an experienced IT Contract Manager on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the management of complex IT contracts, ensuring they meet business needs while driving service improvement. You will play a key role in aligning contract management processes with IT services, overseeing a dedicated team, and building strong partnerships across the organisation and with external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, administration, and monitoring of all IT contracts.
* Collaborate with Procurement and Service Owners to ensure compliance and value for money.
* Manage supplier performance, ensuring SLAs are achieved and service reviews are delivered.
* Provide expert input to IT projects, ensuring contract management processes are in place.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality service.
* Manage contract billing, hardware and software asset management.
* Act as an escalation point for service requests, incidents, and supplier issues
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* At least 2 years’ experience in the last 4 years managing complex or large-scale contracts.
* Experience of procurement and contract management systems and processes in a large organisation.
* Experience working through the full procurement life cycle in collaboration with Procurement.
* Experience managing a team and resources in a collaborative environment.
* Strong customer service focus with a history of building excellent client and supplier relationships.
* Proven ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and deliver under pressure.
* Strong MS Office, organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Desirable:
* HND (or equivalent) in ICT or Business Management.
