The Role
As a Lead AV Engineer, you will be the technical heartbeat of our on-site operations. You will take full ownership of high-end installationsfrom first-fix and rack building to final commissioning and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Leadership: Lead site installations and the commissioning of complex home automation hardware.
* System Configuration: Set up lighting control, advanced networking, and video distribution systems.
* Project Oversight: Interpret wiring diagrams/schematics and act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
* Mentorship: Guide and develop junior engineers to maintain our reputation for elite craftsmanship.
What Youll Bring
* Proven Expertise: Several years of hands-on experience in high-end residential AV, including expert rack-dressing and cable management.
* Control Systems: Demonstrable skills in programming systems such as Control4, Crestron Home, Lutron, KNX, or Rako.
* Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of IP networking (routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless setups).
* Client Management: A professional, confident communication style suitable for high-net-worth environments.
* Reliability: A clean UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to sites across London and the Home Counties.
