An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Concierge to join a prestigious mixed-use residential development in North West London.
This is a front-facing role within a professional residential environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking pride in maintaining high standards across a development.
As Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing a professional and personable front-of-house service
Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
Managing access control and building security procedures
Handling parcels, post, keys and resident enquiries
Conducting routine site inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
Liaising with contractors and on-site teams to ensure service standards are maintained
