At Steer Automotive Group, we are looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to train as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) within our growing accident repair network.

About the Role
As a Trainee VDA, you will learn how to:
14. Accurately assess vehicle damage
15. Prepare professional repair estimates using industry systems
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers and customers
17. Ensure repairs are cost-effective and compliant with manufacturer standards
18. Support workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
19. You will work closely with experienced Assessors and Bodyshop Managers while completing structured training towards industry accreditation.
