Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Lead for a 12‑month maternity cover at HCRG Care Group. The role will support Regional Directors, lead people strategies, embed organisational change, coach managers, and use people data to influence outcomes.
Main Duties
Act as a strategic partner to Regional Directors, build trusted relationships, ensure people strategies support operational goals, develop tailored people plans for each region, embed organisational change, coach managers on absence, performance, engagement, and link people data to business outcomes.

As Senior People & Culture Lead, you will receive £55,000‑£60,000 with group pension and a range of benefits:

Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced Senior HR Business Partner or OD leader with a proven track record partnering senior stakeholders.
* CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience) and strong knowledge of employment legislation, organizational development, and workforce planning.
* Skilled in embedding change, sustaining transformation through capability building and cultural alignment.
* Highly confident building manager and leadership capability, especially around absence, performance, engagement, and succession planning.
* Adept at using people data and insights to influence decision‑making, spot risks, and link people practices to service KPIs.
* Strong communicator and influencer, able to build trust quickly with Regional Directors and senior managers of varying leadership styles.
* Comfortable with regular national travel and maintaining a visible presence across services.
* Commercially astute, balancing organisational goals, colleague wellbeing, and service user needs.
* Values‑driven leader championing inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement.
* Resilient and adaptable, thriving in complex and changing environments.
