Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
1. Answering and diverting incoming phone calls, visitors and email correspondence
2. Providing general administrative support to a number of internal departments, inclusive of typing documents
3. Effectively using the internal computer system for data entry & logging
Working hours of the Administrator:
40 Hours per week with some flexibility offered, around core working hours:
4. Monday to Thursday: 7:45AM to 4:30PM
5. Friday: 7:45AM to 3:30PM
Details of the Administrator position :
6. Renumeration: £25,.00 / £12.50 per hour – paid on a weekly basis
7. Contract Length: Around 7 Weeks (until the end of July )
8. Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days inclusive of bank holidays
