Role Description
This is a full-time domiciliary role for an Optical Assistant at Specsavers Bedford Domiciliary, providing home visits in parts of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with eyewear selection and supporting optometrists with various tasks. Day-to-day activities include managing appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. There will also be an opportunity to progress further and train to become an audiology practitioner, helping customers with their hearing journey. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of Optometry and willingness to learn more
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment is a plus
