About Frank
We are Frank Marketing. The property marketing experts.
We think, create and do. No nonsense. No overcomplication. Just clear thinking and marketing that works.
We specialise in helping estate agents, letting agents and property sector suppliers grow their market share and deliver measurable results, blending strategy, creativity, data and technology.
In 2025 we were named UK Marketing Agency of the Year for the property sector, reflecting the results we deliver and the reputation we protect.
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative work across Frank’s client portfolio and Frank’s own brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their design career who wants to build strong foundations, develop fast, and create work they are proud to put in their portfolio.
You will work closely with designers, marketers and digital specialists to turn briefs into clear, effective visual output. You will be supported, guided and challenged, with increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design delivery
* Produce design work across digital and print formats, including social media graphics, email visuals, simple web assets, brochures and campaign materials
* Work within established brand guidelines and visual systems
* Take feedback well and apply it accurately, quickly and thoughtfully
Campaign and content support
* Create visual assets that align to messaging and objectives
* Assist with email campaign visuals, social content and marketing collateral
* Help maintain consistency of style and quality across everything we produce
Digital and website support
* Support the creation and updating of website visuals and content assets
* Use templates and layouts well to keep designs clean, usable and on brand
Creative collaboration and studio support
* Collaborate with the wider team to understand briefs and priorities
* Contribute ideas and creative suggestions in team discussions
* Support internal creative projects such as pitches, proposals, case studies and Frank’s own marketing
Organisation and quality control
* Manage deadlines across multiple tasks and projects
* Keep files organised and prepared properly for handover
* Maintain strong attention to detail across all outputs
Our Ideal Team Member
You do not need years of agency experience. You do need curiosity, pride in your work, and a genuine love of design.
You’ll bring:
* A strong interest in graphic and digital design, supported by a portfolio
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* A good eye for layout, typography and visual balance
* A willingness to learn, take feedback and improve quickly
* Basic understanding of how design supports marketing and communication goals
* Energy, commitment, flair and a passion for creativity
Agency experience is helpful but not essential. Graduates are welcome to apply.

* Open to feedback and happy to refine and develop your work
