Job Overview
We are seeking a fundraiser to help our new group cover costs. Core responsibilities: develop and implement initiatives to increase donations from individuals, trust and corporate partners.
* Researching campaigns to help secure donations
* Raise awareness of our group
* Help writing grant proposals to meet aims of group
* Contacting companies for raffle donations
* Seeking out subsidised access to activities and general raising awareness of the group
* Approaching local businesses for support and funds
* Event planning: plan and execute fundraising activities
Skills
The role requires strong communication skills, creativity and administrative proficiency for tracking donor databases. Administration: maintain accurate records in database to report on fundraising performance to committee. Marketing & communications raise awareness of the groups mission through online content social and local media relations
* DBS check required no regulated activities - supervised
* Health and Safety Policy
