We are looking for Bar Staff in the Opal Restaurant of the Radstone Hotel and to work within our functions team. Reporting directly to restaurant and banqueting management, the successful applicant(s) will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and communicate clearly will help ensure smooth operations during busy periods. With bar and restaurant knowledge and experience, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
* Engaging with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed
* Assisting in managing stock levels, advising on any stock issues
* Upholding food safety standards and adhering to hygiene regulations during food preparation and service
* Working collaboratively with restaurant and kitchen staff when required to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferable
* Must be 18 or over due to licensing laws on the sale of alcohol
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours
* A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding hospitality to all guests
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£12.31 per hour
