You will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and water systems while supporting safe and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: Perform planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water systems. Read, understand, and follow technical diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer instructions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and plumbing faults using appropriate tools and equipment. Repair, replace, and install building services equipment, fixtures, and mechanical components. Conduct preventative maintenance and general building maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of work, highlighting defects or follow-up requirements. Collaborate with specialist contractors as needed.
