Housing Manager
Location: Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire - Hybrid
3 Months +, With the potential of temporary to permanent
Rate: £(Apply online only) day rate
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Manager to join a social housing organisation on a temporary ongoing contract
Responsibilities of the Housing and Communities Manager:
Managing the operational delivery of housing services and ensuring that services fully comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensuring that services operate in a viable and compliant manner, whilst ensuring customers are highly satisfied, assets are protected, and customers and colleagues are safe
Operationally working with a range of stakeholders and partners (including Health and Social Care)
Achieving high standards of performance in a range of areas (including, but not limited to, debt, re-lets, community safety, contract compliance, older person service support and satisfaction)
Contributing towards the achievement of the wider operations objectives, ensuring that services deliver the highest quality standards and value for money and a high-quality customer experience that keeps colleagues and customers safe
Delivering an effective performance management framework, ensuring that services are recognised as top quartileRequirements of the Housing Manager:
A relevant degree or professional Housing qualification
Understanding and experience of programme and project management
