Providers, trainers, examiners, facilities and courses across engineering construction disciplines, ensuring timely and transparent delivery Conduct site visits to assess training facilities and ensure they meet required technical and quality standards Build effective working relationships across the provider network, acting as a key point of contact and using data insights to strengthen provision and improve satisfaction Support continuous improvement by overseeing onboarding, working with compliance colleagues, facilitating provider engagement events and managing the product administration function (line managing 2 admin staff) Coordinate operational delivery through CRM and MS365 systems, including workflow management, reporting and oversight of aged debt Essential Skills and Experience Technical knowledge of engineering construction operations (e.g., welding, scaffolding, mechanical/electrical trades) supported by a Level 3 or higher engineering or vocational qualification Strong
stakeholder and relationship management experience, with the ability to work confidently with external training providers and partners Experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement or compliance processes within a training or accreditation environment Knowledge of training, competence or assessment frameworks Confident user of CRM and MS365 systems, with ability to analyse data (Power BI experience beneficial), produce reports and manage multiple deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Training Provider Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist or Technical Assessor with engineering construction sector knowledge and strong relationship management skills. The role offers the opportunity to shape quality standards across a network of approximately 60 training providers, with genuine scope to influence provider development and sector training delivery.
