As a Site Engineer, you will take ownership of engineering activities across the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also support and develop junior engineers, contributing to a strong and capable engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver all site engineering duties across self-delivery and subcontracted works
* Supervise and support engineers under your control, ensuring high standards of performance
* Educate, mentor, and develop members of the engineering team
* Contribute to and review key documentation including RAMS, Temporary Works Briefs, and ITPs
* Support weekly progress reporting and short-term planning updates
* Raise and manage NCRs, Technical Queries (TQs), and Early Warnings
* Ensure accurate setting out, quality assurance, and compliance with project requirements
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Site Engineer within a civil engineering environment
* Strong background in concrete structures
* Confident managing engineering outputs across both direct labour and subcontractors
* A proactive mindset with the ability to lead and mentor others
* Strong understanding of site documentation, quality processes, and planning activities
* Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
* 5 Years' Experience
* Working Towards Professional Certification
* CSCS
* First Aid
