We are looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive operational performance, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily manufacturing operations and achieve production targets
* Drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Manage and develop production teams
* Monitor KPIs and support strategic operational goals
Requirements
* Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience
* Strong operational and people management skills
* Experience with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
* Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability
