Overview
Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - WOKING at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd. This role offers flexible working patterns across multiple retail stores with duties including de-merchandising/re-merchandising, reprofiling fixtures, transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, and supporting replenishment. Location: WOKING
Responsibilities
* De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; cleaning fixtures where required.
* Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers.
* Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
* Support the store with replenishment as needed.
* Work in a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; maintain a fast work pace and high standards expected by clients.
* Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights); use Field Power to set availability and accept shifts.
* Clock in/out using a smartphone via the RAS Dashboard; occasional local travel with accommodation provided when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* An eye for detail; good general fitness due to manual handling and lifting.
* Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience in retail preferred, but training will be provided.
* Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
* Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required; applicants must be 18 or over.
