Contract: Permanent or Supply available.
Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 per annum + SEN Allowance

Your Day-to-Day
* Delivering a needs-led curriculum for children with autism, ADHD, speech/language barriers, and complex needs
* Leading small groups where your teaching makes an immediate difference
* Collaborating with in-house therapists, TAs, and behaviour leads
* Accessing regular CPD in communication strategies, trauma-informed teaching, and more
* Opportunities for internal promotion and ongoing mentorship

* UK-qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE/ECT welcome)

Early Career Teachers
* Thorough induction into SEN teaching

You\'ll Need
* QTS, PGCE, PGDE or ECT status with UK-based teaching experience
* Recent references from educational settings
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
* Proof of right to work in the UK
