About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager – Insurance & Extended Warranty Services to lead the strategy, product design, and lifecycle management of insurance and warranty offerings across our European e-commerce platform.
This role plays a key part in shaping Joybuy’s customer experience and value-added services by building a scalable, competitive, and customer-focused insurance ecosystem that enhances post-purchase confidence and loyalty.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance and extended warranty services — from market research and product design to launch and continuous optimisation.
* Design and implement innovative protection plans across categories such as consumer electronics and home appliances, defining pricing, coverage, and service workflows.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage procurement, sales coordination, fulfilment, and issue resolution post-launch.
* Use customer insights and performance data to enhance product design and service quality, improving satisfaction and competitiveness.
* Partner with tech, legal, and commercial teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and seamless integration of insurance products into Joybuy’s e-commerce ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in product management, insurance/warranty product design, or e-commerce service operations.
* Strong understanding of insurance and after-sales value-added services, ideally within the consumer electronics or home appliance sectors.
* A user-first and data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent English communication skills and experience working in a global or cross-border environment.
* Resilient, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving e-commerce landscape.
