Senior Facilities Manager

This is a pivotal role in the Facilities function, acting as the Director's number two and bridging the gap between strategic leadership and on-the-ground delivery. You'll have full operational oversight across five regional offices, manage a dispersed team, and drive improvements in sustainability, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the Deputy to the Director of Facilities, stepping in during periods of absence.
2. Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including ESG strategy and carbon reduction planning.
3. Chair the Environment Committee and manage reporting on progress and compliance.
4. Line manage two Facilities Supervisors and oversee a team of five Facilities Assistants.
5. Implement and optimise consistent processes across multiple offices.
6. Support all procurement activities and ensure value-for-money across services.
