Due to growth within the service, they are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a long-term interim basis.
The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across a diverse workforce
2. Provide strategic and operational HR support aligned to organisational objectives
3. Lead on complex employee relations cases including change, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
4. Support organisational change, workforce planning, and service transformation initiatives
5. Interpret and apply employment legislation, policies, and best practice within a public sector environment
