Are you a driven Business Development professional with experience in HVAC or building services?
We’re working with a growing and well-established organisation looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to expand their HVAC maintenance portfolio across Central London and the South West region.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Winning new HVAC maintenance contracts (mobile & resident solutions)
* Targeting retail, business parks, and blue-chip corporate clients
* Generating opportunities, securing tenders, and closing deals
* Working with internal teams to build compelling, competitive bids
* Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience in HVAC / FM / Building Services
* Strong track record of winning maintenance contracts
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle
* Commercially astute, confident, and results-driven
* Existing industry network is highly desirable
