Do you have a passion for Acro and a love for working with kids? Are you ready to channel your energy, expertise and knowledge into inspiring children within the world of Acrobatic Dance ? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Gymnastics coach to lead and push the club further.
* Plan, organise, and deliver sessions for children of varying ages and skill levels.
* Develop structured programmes that promote all different aspects of their Gymnastics development and progression.
* Lead and support other coaches and assistants, ensuring consistent professional development teaching standards and positive team culture.
* Maintain safety by enforcing proper technique, spotting, and adherence to facility and equipment protocols.
* Foster an inclusive and motivating environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and resilience.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress, expectations, and goals.
* Stay current with best practices in coaching, safety, and gymnastics development.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Enhanced DBS (linked to the Update Service)
* Acro Teaching Qualification (ie. AcrobaticArts or equivalent)
* First Aid Training (can be acquired)
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of safety standards and injury prevention.
* Passion for development and creating a positive training environment.
Coaching Hours:
* Thursday's 16:00-18:00
Additional coaching hours also available for the right candidate, within schools and our weekend Acro sessions.
