Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for a busy hospital in the Lanarkshire area. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in catering or hospitality. Key Duties: Supervising and motivating the catering team Overseeing daily food service operations Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards Managing rotas and staff allocation Supporting stock control and ordering supplies Liaising with hospital departments to meet dietary requirements Training and mentoring catering assistants Maintaining cleanliness and service quality throughout Requirements: Previous experience in a catering supervisory role (ideally in healthcare or similar environment) Valid PVG and Food Hygiene Certificate LVL 2 (we can assist with obtaining these) Strong communication and team leadership skills Flexible to work across a rotating shift pattern, including weekends What's on Offer: £14.56 per hour enhanced pay for Saturdays and Sundays Weekly pay and holiday accrual Ongoing support from Blue Arrow Immediate start (after successful interview and compliance checks) Training and certification support provided Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
