A leading organisation is looking for aHR Systems Analyst to join their dynamic HRteam. This role is pivotal in managing and supportingSuccessFactors HRIS platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and effective resolution of HR and payroll-related queries.
Day-to-day of the role
* System Administration:
o Maintain and update foundation objects data within SAP SuccessFactors.
o Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency.
o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with the HRIS Manager or external vendors.
* Change Request Management:
o Review, prioritise, and implement system change requests within established SLAs.
o Document and communicate all changes to relevant stakeholders.
o Provide guidance and support to end-users on new or modified functionalities.
* Stakeholder Support:
o Collaborate closely with the Payroll, HR Administration, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure their system needs are met.
o Provide hands-on support for system-related queries and issues from the HR admin inbox.
* Process Improvement:
o Identify process enhancements and advocate best practices within the HR Systems function.
o Assist in developing system processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Train and mentor HR team members on system capabilities and processes.
* Data Management & Compliance:
o Maintain high levels of data accuracy in line with data protection regulations.
o Conduct routine data audits and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
o Support the HRIS Manager in implementing governance for data security and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience on a HRIS platform (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
* Strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation, and familiarity with system testing and change management processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholder groups.
