A Career as Unique as You Are
As the face of our OMEGA Showroom, you will impart exceptional sales and customer service beyond the normal retail environment. Passion for and expertise on timepieces should come as standard and creating magical moments will be part of your everyday environment. Our Cardiff OMEGA Showroom team assist 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Here is How We See Your Role:
* Providing customers with the product knowledge they need to select from the OEMGA timepiece collections and enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests.
* Leave customers with the feeling they received the best service.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of OMEGA watch collections and conveying this with pride and enthusiasm consistently.
* Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries (made online, on the phone or walk-ins) to qualify the OMEGA watch needs of prospective customers.
* Strive to achieve sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal targets.
* Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process.
* Maintaining excellent presentation of our new OMEGA showroom.
* Following up with customers after their purchase for after-care issues and to request reviews.
* Take personal responsibility for stock handling, stock takes and timepiece counts.
The Perfect Person We are Looking For:
* Holds a drive and passion to develop in-depth knowledge and secure sales of luxury OMEGA timepieces.
* Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing an excellent level of customer service.
* Can demonstrate luxury retail sales experience (does not need to be watches specific).
* Has an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and the wider Laings team.
* Will provide a commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards and a genuine interest in their needs.
* Will be able to work both as part of a team and by using own initiative.
