About The Role
We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.
As a Billing Administrator, you will assist the billing team leader in setting up new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure issues are resolved promptly, manage customer expectations, and provide excellent customer service throughout.
Please note that this role is office-based in Bournemouth.

What we are looking for in a candidate:
* Previous experience in customer service and administration environments.
* Experience working in fast-paced settings while delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in complaints or customer retention departments is advantageous.
* Organised with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Billing Administrator:
* Set up new customer bills.
* Input customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
* Handle all customer queries related to bills.
* Manage the monthly billing process.
* Escalate complaints promptly to the Team Leader.
* Perform general administrative duties.
