Lettings Administrator - Full Time (35 Hours per Week) Location: Office-based in St Andrews Salary: £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our property management operations. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service duties, ensuring that both tenants and landlords receive exceptional support and that all records are maintained accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management. Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date tenant, landlord, and property records. Handle incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure prompt responses to tenant requests. Prepare reports and documentation required for property management activities. Support the lettings team by scheduling property viewings and managing tenant applications. Ensure all processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations. About You Proficiency in Focus or similar property management software is desirable (training will be provided). Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy office environment. Previous experience in property management or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
