We are seeking a Dispenser / Care Navigator to join our friendly team at Ballachulish Medical Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our patients and clinicians by delivering high-quality dispensary, reception, and administrative services.
About the Role
As part of our small, dedicated team, you will work closely with our Doctors and Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Dispensary duties: Processing prescriptions, managing stock control, and overseeing the dispensing collection service.
2. Reception and administration: Booking appointments, handling patient enquiries, electronic filing, retrieving results, and general office tasks such as data input, record management, typing, and banking.
3. Team support: Participating in the dispensary and admin rota, providing holiday cover, and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES
11. Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
