SEMH Teaching Assistant – Digital Coding & AI specialist West Drayton, West London £510–£530 per week (depending on experience and qualifications) Start date: Immediate / Feb 2026 A forward-thinking specialist SEMH provision in West Drayton is seeking a Teaching Assistant with a background in Digital Coding, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This role is ideal for a candidate who understands how technology, coding, and digital innovation can inspire engagement, build confidence, and develop future-ready skills in young people who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education. The provision delivers a therapeutic, personalised curriculum that supports emotional regulation alongside academic progress. The role will primarily focus on supporting with Key Stage 3 learners.
