Apprentice Repair Technician

Are you looking to advance your career within Production and Engineering? If so, we are currently recruiting for Apprentices to join our growing team of Electronics Repair Technicians!

On completion of the 3-year Apprenticeship, you will earn a Level 3 Qualification in Electronic Engineering.



As Apprentice Repair Technician, you will gain invaluable insight and experience within a hard-working Production and Engineering team who have a demonstrable daily impact on a growing organisation. The Role



Our team of experienced technicians will support you in learning a wide range of skills in the service and repair of Industrial Electronic Controls (i.e. industrial grade PCBs, timers, counters, PLCs, drives, monitors and temperature & process controls). You will learn how to use a range of test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generator) and test fixtures, and also how to read, interpret and follow electrical wiring diagrams to facilitate fault analysis and product repair.



About You



You will have:

* GCSE minimum grade C’s (Level 5) in a science subject, Mathematics and English – or an equivalent/higher qualification
* The aptitude and desire to learn in a technical environment.
* Have a logical approach to problem solving.
* Ability to learn quickly.
* Attention to detail.
* Good Communication skills
