Social Media Manager - The Role Manage organic social delivery across a portfolio of clients - shaping social strategy, managing content calendars and overseeing day-to-day channel management across priority platforms including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Act as the client-facing lead for social, guiding conversations, presenting plans and performance updates, and ensuring activity aligns with wider campaign objectives Collaborate with creative and client services teams to deliver integrated campaigns and help strengthen the agency’s social offering Driving the quality and direction of social output - spotting cultural moments and trends, using performance insights and analytics to evolve content, and keeping brands relevant and engaging Be involved in influencer and UGC activity, working with creators in line with social strategy Playing an active role in community management, helping brands show up in the right way through thoughtful, on-brand engagement You’ll Bring Agency-side experience delivering organic social for brands (paid social experience a bonus) Strong social copywriting skills, adapting tone of voice and creating engaging, platform-native content Experience managing content calendars, using analytics and performance insights to optimise activity Client-facing experience, comfortable leading conversations, presenting ideas and managing relationships Exposure to influencer and UGC activity, working with creators in line with social strategy A genuine interest in pop culture, trends and storytelling Why Join?
