Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team in Central London. Utilising your skills and expertise in managing (not just assisting) with a varied workload of conveyancing matters, the successful applicant will ensure excellent performance at all times.
Responsibilities for this HNW Conveyancing Paralegal vacancy:
* Managing high net worth files from instruction to post-completion
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* File management
* Drafting legal documents
* Good understanding of AML requirements
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents
Qualifications for this HNW Conveyancing Paralegal role:
* A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years solidexperience in dealing with high net worth Conveyancing matters
* Must have full rights to work in the UK
* Educated to a minimum of degree level
* Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
* Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
* Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
