Our client is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor to provide essential support during a busy summer recruitment period. This role will cover the HR team while they recruit for a permanent HR Advisor, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment.
Your new role
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
2. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional guidance.
3. Handle general HR administration, maintaining accuracy andpliance.
4. Assist with HR casework, offering support on employee relations matters.
5. Oversee data administration, ensuring HR systems and records are up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, or similar HR roles.
7. Strongmunication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
8. Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
