CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As an English Teacher you will need:
8. Qualified Teacher Status – or ECT status
9. Ability to set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
10. Ability to plan and teach well-structured lessons
11. Ability to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
12. Excellent inter-personal skills, with enthusiasm and energy
13. Approachability and the ability to deal sensitively with staff, parents & children
14. Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, and an eye for detail
