Our client is a fast-growing Risk SaaS vendor helping organisations manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) more effectively across both public and private sectors. Their platform enables teams to identify, assess and mitigate risk at scale, providing the visibility and control required in an increasingly complex operational and regulatory environment.
Following strong product traction and early commercial success, they’re now hiring their first dedicated Marketing Manager – a unique opportunity to build the function from the ground up.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, strategic role for a well-rounded marketer with domain expertise in Risk and GRC. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a full marketing strategy, with ownership across the full funnel – from brand positioning and content to campaign execution and performance tracking.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape messaging and go-to-market plans across a multi-sector audience, spanning both public and private markets.
Marketing Manager (Risk SAAS) - Key Responsibilities
* Build and own the marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals
* Deliver integrated campaigns across content, digital, email, social, and events
* Create tailored messaging for different sectors and buyer personas
* Produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages
* Support sales with collateral and enablement materials
* Track performance across key metrics and optimise accordingly
* Manage any third-party agencies or freelancers where needed
* Represent the brand at relevant webinars, conferences, and trade shows
Marketing Manager (Risk SAAS) - Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role within the Risk or GRC space
* Proven ability to develop and deliver full-funnel B2B marketing plans
* Strong content creation skills and confidence building messaging for technical solutions
* Comfortable marketing across multiple sectors, including public sector organisations
* Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus
