The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.TikTok Shop is seeking an execution-focused Seller Marketing & Logistics Enablement intern to join our London team. This individual contributor role will focus on delivering scalable programmes that drive seller adoption of TikTok Shoplogistics services across the UK and Europe. Welooking for someone who combines channel marketing expertise with operational agility comfortable developing strategies and personally driving them through to execution. Youwork cross-functionally with internal teams and communicate directly with sellers to ensure they understand, adopt, and succeed with our logistics offerings through various mass communication channels (e.g., emails, Seller Centre outreach channels, social media, etc.).This individual contributor role will focus on delivering scalable programmes that drive seller adoption of TikTok Shoplogistics services across the UK and Europe.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months long internship period.Key responsibilitiesContent Creation & Localisation: Develop and adapt user-facing assets (how-to guides, email campaigns, site banners, slide decks) tailored to diverse audiences.Seller Research & Insights: Conduct interviews, design surveys, and synthesise insights to identify seller pain points and opportunities.Campaign & Documentation Support: Prepare internal playbooks, support campaign launches, and track key performance metrics.Mass Seller Management: Engage small- to medium-sized sellers through scalable channels (e.g., webinars, calls, seller groups) to drive retention.Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyse seller feedback through scalable methods (e.g., surveys, support trends) and share insights with product, operations, and solutions teams.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree at university and is available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;Strong bias for action, with a track record of personally driving projects from start to finish.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience managing both internal alignment and external seller communications.Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with marketing, pricing, finance, product, and ops teamsPreferred Qualifications:Skilled in designing marketing automation and analytics reports.Familiar with Figma and Canva - Experience in logistics, fulfilment, or eCommerce operations.Familiarity with developing scalable educational content and marketing communications.Solid understanding of PR principles and experience in creating or contributing to external-facing communications, including seller escalations, announcements, blog posts, and updates.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
