Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Physical Infrastructure Team, supporting the delivery of cabling and connectivity solutions for our diverse client base. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, working closely with both clients and our internal project management team.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with the deployment of structured cabling and connectivity solutions across multiple client projects.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
* Work alongside our technical team to implement network solutions.
* Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys using Ekahau and provide accurate reports and recommendations.
* Troubleshoot and fault-find network and connectivity issues, applying initiative and independent thinking to deliver solutions.

* Experience in a similar role within infrastructure, connectivity, or networking.
* Proficiency with Ekahau and the ability to complete professional Wi-Fi surveys.
* Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills, with the ability to think independently and make sound decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
Installation of Cat6 and Cat6a cabling
Installation of Fibre Optic cables
Termination of Cat6/6a and fibre Panels
Termination of Cat6/6a wall outlets
Conducting onsite cabling surveys (including detailed documentation)
Remote technical assistance for our Engineering teams to include installation of Switches and Routers
Installation of Wi-Fi devices across our network of customers
Site completion documentation and testing requirements
Assisting our NOC/Helpdesk in resolving hardware issues
4g solutions installation
PC and printer installation
Wi-fi surveys
Ekahau
Running projects on-site
Experience / Qualifications: Essential:
* CSCS certification
* Full UK driving license
Desirable:
* ECS / CSCS certification
* IPaf certification
* SC Clearance
* NVVP3 certification
* Sentinel Card
