With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
We are looking for a yard operative to join our team at our busy recycling centre in Gloucester. You will be required to assist the site team with day to day tasks including use of a tablet to input waste deliveries and collections and assisting with waste separating.
Responsibilities for the job role:
* Use of tablet to input deliveries and collections and take photographs of materials on site.
* Identify, separate, and process different grades of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
* To monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
* To work as part of a team to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
* Good communication skills and be able to communicate appropriately at all levels and hand over effectively.
