Part-Time Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Team
We're a busy but welcoming accountancy practice, and we're looking for a friendly, positive person to be the first face and voice our clients meet. This is a key role in helping us look after our clients during our busiest time of year.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting clients with a smile when they arrive for appointments or drop off paperwork
* Answering calls and making sure they get through to the right person
* Booking appointments for clients and new enquiries
* Chasing up calls with HMRC before handing them over to our client managers
* Helping the team where needed, especially during the tax season
What we're looking for:
Someone who is approachable, organised, and enjoys making people feel welcome. A can-do attitude is a must, and while experience is always helpful, the most important thing is being reliable and happy to help.
The role:
* Around 12–16 hours per week (we can be flexible on days and times)
* A temporary role for 3 months, with the chance to extend or even become permanent if it's the right fit
* Based in our Newtownards office
