Responsibilities include:Supporting delivery of the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks and maintaining our Matrix quality standardProviding 1:1 and group guidance to students across all levels of educationHelping students explore and progress into Higher Education, Apprenticeships or Employment ensuring they are informed, confident and prepared for their next steps· Delivering services face-to-face, by phone or virtually via TeamsUsing digital platforms to extend the reach of our careers serviceDesigning and delivering high-impact careers events and activities ensuring that they meet individual needs and aspirationsCollaborating with curriculum managers, student experience leads, and the wider Student Services team· Supporting improved outcomes for priority groups, including vulnerable learners, those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and students facing barriers to progressionYou'll be expected to work both flexibly and independently, while being fully supported by a collaborative networkWho we're looking forIn this fast paced role, you should enjoy working with a wide range of students to support and guide them to navigate their way through a range of careers education experiences.
