Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their Housing Team in Oxfordshire. This is a key role where you'll support their mission to create safe, inclusive and supportive neighbourhoods for customers. You will draw on your housing knowledge and people skills to address all forms of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and hate crime. Managing your own caseload, you'll collaborate with external partners-including the police and legal advisors-to deliver effective resolutions and positive outcomes. What You'll Need Experience in anti-social behaviour or housing management OR transferable skills from a similar customer-facing role. Confidence handling challenging behaviour and resolving conflict. Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, and court processes. Strong self-motivation and excellent organisational skills. Good IT competency, including MS Office. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors and partner agencies. Additional Information This is a hybrid role, with two days a week based in the Newbury office. Full-time, permanent position with our client.
