Education/Qualiforcations

Essential criteria

1. Minimum 2 years NHS experience or equivalent receptionist experience role
2. GCSE (5 grades A-C) or equivalent experience
3. Excellent time keeping and team player

Desirable criteria

4. Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria

5. Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
6. IT literate with good keyboard skills

Desirable criteria

7. Experience of working within an Emergency Department or a high pressured clinical environment
8. Experience of working to strict and tight deadlines
9. Experience using IT system - Cerner
