1. Minimum 2 years NHS experience or equivalent receptionist experience role
2. GCSE (5 grades A-C) or equivalent experience
3. Excellent time keeping and team player

4. Knowledge of medical terminology

5. Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
6. IT literate with good keyboard skills
