Benefits: Competitive salary (up to £35,000, depending on experience) Early finish Friday Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Access to advanced CNC technology Stable, long-term role with a reputable company Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines for both new production and tool regrinding Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide production Program CNC machines offline to optimise productivity Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary Perform routine maintenance checks and complete quality control documentation Collaborate with the wider team to resolve production issues Use handheld and digital measuring tools for accurate quality checks Manual grinding experience is advantageous, but training will be provided Skills and Attributes: Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tight tolerances Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving Basic computer literacy and good mathematical skills A team player willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required Interested?
