We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Landscaping Operatives to join our clients team in Northampton. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant, high-quality outdoor spaces in a variety of settings, including new build developments. Key Responsibilities for Landscaping Operatives
* Planting and maintaining flower beds, living walls, hedges, and other soft landscaping features.
* Turfing and managing different types of turf and soil (knowledge in this area is a plus but not essential).
* Operating landscaping equipment, including Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers, and other small plant tools.
* Ensuring high standards of work are consistently met, aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
Requirements for Landscaping Operatives
* A valid driving license.
* A valid CSCS card.
* Previous experience in soft landscaping
* Familiarity with planting, turfing, and general landscaping techniques.
* Proficiency in the safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.
