Wild Recruitment is pleased to be partnered exclusively with a leading E-Commerce business based in Fareham in their search for an Administration Team Leader.
In this role, you will supervise a small team of 3, which will continue to grow, and support day-to-day administration tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth working day
* Managing team performance
* Distributing tasks to team members to ensure completion within deadlines
* Adding and removing product listings on the website and other selling platforms
* Communicating with other managers to discuss best practices
Ideally, you will:
* Have experience in managing a team
* Preferably have experience in an E-Commerce setting
* Possess strong administration skills
* Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
* Have excellent organisational skills
